great overall experience. warm room, fairly clean and cool place, lovely staff. the most important - stunning and awesome location in the forest. also - so close to the seven rila lakes. big building and rooms with balcony facing the mountain. affordable and appetising food.

Its location was marvellous, short walk to the Seven Lakes, mountains and forests and the hike. The highlight was the affordable food.

The central heating in the room was appreciated. the flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a nice addition. the work desk provided convenience. the location was comfortable and convenient, close to the 7 lakes of Rila, the hotel's restaurant, and the ski slopes.

Possibly the best and pleasant stay with open views across to snow capped peaks during our 25-27May visit. Comfortable and perfect setting in the very very nice area, not far from the mountains, the 7 lakes and surroundings and the Seven Lakes hike. Close to Slipstream Sculpture.

Great room with a balcony and awesome mountain views. The queen-sized bed was cozy and the view was breathtaking. However, some of the staff were a bit slow 😕.
